| Things to keep in mind when doing blister packaging: 1- The smaller the blister card the lower the packaging cost and the better chance of the retailers buying your product. Oversize cards will only take up too much of the retailer's valuable wall space and they will turn down your product completely or ask you to redesign the package. 2- A well designed card will attract most consumer's attention. That is why the card should be designed by a professional graphic designer. We also offer graphic design service. 3- Your product can be placed in a stock blister but very rarely can you find a stock blister that fits the product tightly. Blisters that are loosely fitted do not look professional and loose appeal while a perfectly custom formed blister will display and sell your product much better. In most cases the custom formed blister is less expensive because it is smaller. 4- The boxing of the finished product is very important to the stores. Although the most cost efficient way of boxing is to put as many finished product in a box, the number of finished product should be determined by the retailer. Most stores do not want more than 3 or 4 dozens items per box. For large chain stores smaller boxes should be placed in master cartons. 5- There are ONE TIME CHARGES involved in blister packaging:
